Planners mull two proposed subdivisions in Baytown
Baytown Planning Commission will consider preliminary approval for Brightwood a 141 lot planned unit development on 25.7 acres near Highway 146 and Massey Tompkins Road and Roving Meadows Section One a 47 lot 19.5 acre subdivision off Farm to Market Road 1942 north of Barbers Hill Road. Both meet minimum requirements with a homeowners association to maintain outdoor living areas and drainage. Barkaloo Townhomes a 309 lot 60 acre project between Massey Tompkins and Lynchburg Cedar Bayou roads also seeks preliminary approval.
