The Baytown Sun lists contact numbers for public officials and staff including Governor Rick Perry and Rep Ted Poe with their offices. It notes daily publication times and redelivery contacts.
A guest column from Nick Marshall’s bereaved father, Bert Marshall, recounts one month of coping after the sudden death of his son. He reflects on grief, PTSD, and guilt while recalling vows made in wartime. The piece frames personal sorrow against military service and family ties.
A Baytown reader cites a Sun article on wheel and tire thefts at local auto dealers and urges the Baytown Police Department to act.
