Reefer Ring Kingpin Nabbed in Houston Cafeteria

Houston police and federal agents cracked a marijuana ring arresting an 18 year old high school senior who called himself the kingpin, John Thomas Graham, in a school cafeteria. Five others were arrested including two juveniles. two more sought. The group sold marihuana to Sam Houston High School students. All were arraigned on federal sale and possession charges after a month long investigation. Undercover purchases of 1000 marijuana cigarettes were made during the probe.
