Napping and Sleep Patterns From a Lively Texan Column

He describes nap timing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the comfort of napping on a loveseat, and a long memory of polio in Brazoria County. He contrasts night sleep issues with daytime rest, sharing light anecdotes about his work routine and family history.
