Carter is Rotary sponsored Parrish American Legion Walker Kiwanis Pulley Lions club. Carter is a former Robert E. Lee student council cheerleader and head cheerleader, Parrish is junior varsity letterman and editor of the yearbook, Walker was district all star quarterback and club officer, Tullos works at J. C. Penney and held state leadership roles in Distributive Education clubs.

Baytown Boy 13 Injured in Bicycle Car Collision
Rodger Elwood Stuart, 13, was admitted to San Jacinto Memorial hospital with a possible skull fracture after failing to stop at a Park and North Pruett four way intersection. The bicycle entered the path of Ira Gaston Partain’s car on East Gate Road, Dayton, about 7 30 p m Friday. Partain said he traveled west on Park and stopped at the intersection but saw no lights coming from either direction. The bicycle had no lights and failed to stop. No charges were filed.
