Baytown Voters face smoking ban repeal and local races
Polls open Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as Baytown voters decide on repealing the smoking ban and weigh two local contests plus a statewide constitutional amendment. If approved, the city would restore rules allowing designated smoking sections in businesses with separate ventilation, undoing the November ban.
