Lucas admits to Underwood murder in Baytown

Convicted killer Henry Lee Lucas directed Baytown police to a convenience store where he detailed the 1981 murder of 23 year old store clerk Diana Lynn Underwood. FEMA transfers 32 Brownwood parcels to city after buyout
