Boy faces four week recovery in traction
Buddy Nolan an 11 year old Highlands boy sustained a broken left femur in a bicycle automobile collision at North Main and Wallisville Road Tuesday morning before school. He said he sped up to beat a van as the WALK sign showed. No charges were filed. He will recover in traction and complete schoolwork at home with teachers and the principal delivering assignments.
