Baytown GoFundMe Seeks Help For Kids Of Mom Killed In Crash
Community member Joni Kelton Glaze started a GoFundMe named Save Jennifer's Home for Her Kids to aid Jennifer Flores's three children aged 8, 12, and 14. The mother, a single parent who loved a new job and paying a mortgage, died in a rainy Baytown traffic accident. The children's grandmother, retired yet still employed by the school district, now faces custody and mortgage bills with the family living in a two bedroom apartment. Donations aim to cover past due bills, protect or preserve the home, and ease grief while keeping the children in a stable living situation. The appeal links to the GoFundMe page and cites a lengthy website address for access.
