El Sinaloense opens new Baytown location on Garth Road

Baytown resident Christopher James and I visited El Sinaloense Seafood and Bar’s new Garth Road site at 1711 Garth Road. The restaurant keeps the Market Street menu and bright blue interior vibe with seafood cocktails gaining popularity. El Sinaloense operates 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, with the Garth Road location open until 9 p.m. daily.
