Humble Opens New 44 Story Building In Houston
Humble announces a 44 story downtown Houston tower with 605 foot height and 1,000,000 square feet net usable area. Architects Welton Becket and Associates. general contractor W S Bellows Construction. Features include 28 passenger elevators, 5,200 tons of refrigeration, a 45th floor observation deck, a landscaped plaza, and a 80-foot reflecting pool.
