Phyllis Ashworth 86 of Crosby died March 28 2009 in Baytown. Born December 23 1922 in Don City Iowa she lived in Crosby over 30 years and retired as a cashier from Food Town. She was preceded in death by husband Jule Herman Ashworth and daughter Joyce Demory. Survivors include sons Gary Vanner Steve Ashworth. daughters Janet Taylor Audrey Luther. sister Gertrude Evers. 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
