Upscale Vacation Home Project Plans Along Trinity Bay
Southeast Land Partners outlined a plan for a gated neighborhood of about 150 waterfront homes along Trinity Bay near Double Bayou. The $40 million to $50 million project would be largely second homes for fishing and hunting, with high end prices between 300000 and 500000 dollars per lot. Deed restrictions would be tight to protect values, and roads may require county involvement if residents withhold permission.
