Mickel Promoted to Specialist Fire in Vietnam
Charles Mickel son of Mr and Mrs E V Mickel of Colby and husband of Jennifer Mickel of Taft has been promoted to specialist fire. He is stationed in Vietnam with the 1st Infantry Division's administration and finance division. He has served four months in Vietnam. Funeral services for Judge R E Bibb of Eagle Pass will be at 2 pm Thursday at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Eagle Pass. He died Tuesday in a San Antonio hospital. He was father of Mrs George Godfrey of Baytown. The family requests no floral remembrances.
