Obamacare repeal vote drama on Capitol Hill heats up
On the eve of a pivotal vote, House leaders push a GOP bill to repeal and replace Obamacare amid mixed support. Speaker Ryan declines comment as conservatives and moderates voice unease, while a Quinnipiac poll shows broad disapproval of the plan and Trump’s health care handling. The bill would curb penalties, cut Medicaid, offer smaller tax credits, and delay Planned Parenthood funding, with hurdles including essential benefits repeal and moderates’ opposition.
