Baytown firefighter charged in child injury case
Baytown police charged Capt. Cecil Wayne Clemmer with a felony injury to a child after allegedly beating his son with a belt in the backyard Monday evening. The 5:45 p.m. attack left lacerations and welts. the boy was treated at Gulf Coast Hospital and Ben Taub Hospital and placed in child welfare custody.
