Baytown band back from five month Korea tour for 8th Army
Baytown group Kendrick, Sterling High School alum, spent five months entertaining U S soldiers on a Morale Welfare and Recreation tour across 28 bases in South Korea. The band performed six nights a week, mixing classic rock country pop and blues, with Kendrick's United We Stand a crowd favorite. They played at officers clubs and even at a firing range, earning gifts and emails from servicemembers and planning more tours in 2005.
