Cedar Bayou, a slow moving waterway from Dayton through Baytown to Galveston Bay, has drawn renewed attention amid development near Cedar Crossing Industrial Park and the arrival of large distribution centers. Crosby seniors win state CX debate as Ashley Lance honors late classmate
