Family files amended suit over UIW shooting allegations
Attorneys for Cameron Redus’s family filed an amended petition in State District Court challenging UIW officer Christopher Carter’s account of the fatal morning encounter. The suit cites a voice tape from Carter’s microphone, alleging lack of proper training and unjustified deadly force. The petition aims to clarify facts and counter earlier UIW assertions.
