Cheddars Deal Clears Path for Baytown Sewer Line
Baytown officials approve a cost share with Cheddar's Casual Cafe to finance an offsite sewer line under Interstate 10 near Goose Creek ISD. The project enables Cheddar's to buy property on the south side of I-10, with engineering costs covered by Cheddar's and construction to run parallel with building work. Construction may begin after property purchase, with about six months to complete pipelines once underway.
