Landfill fight sparks new extension bid in TSP case

In the Kingwood based bankruptcy of TSP Development a motion to withdraw a 60 day extension on an 800 acre Beach City land option was filed. Cedar Crossing defends against the extension citing financing hurdles while TSP presses new arguments. The move follows a 60 day automatic extension after the Dec 28 bankruptcy filing.
