Cinema Corp of America announces plans for a second twin auditorium theater in Baytown this year. Jim Whitelaw of Houston, president, says options exist on two land tracts near Decker Drive and North Main, with construction due in 60 to 90 days. The 12 000 square foot complex will house a 50 cent theater and a 300 seat theater, prototype for future projects near Loop 202.

Police Help Baytonian Find Pet Dognapping Suspect Charged
Mrs Palmira Cisneros reported her three year old dog Scotty missing after she left her Harbor home to deposit funds in a Baytown bank. Police and detectives traced the dognapping to a man from Cleveland and an arrest warrant was issued with bond set at 1000 dollars.
