Burned wreckage found of Air Force liaison plane crash

The burned wreckage of an Air Force liaison plane that crashed Wednesday en route from Fort Sill Oklahoma to Clovis New Mexico with five officers aboard was discovered. No survivors were sighted. First County Polio Death Grandson of Baytonia

The county's first polio fatality, 24 year old H. V. Street of Humble, a U S Air Force veteran and UH student majoring in radio and television, died at 1 1 am Friday after entering the Veterans Administration hospital Tuesday. Funeral services set for 2 pm Saturday at Humble Methodist Church with Rev Frank Boutwell.
