Vickery disposes 22 docketed cases in Precinct 3 session
Justice of the Peace Glenn Vickery presided over 22 cases in Thursday’s session. Guilty outcomes included Ray Edwards $100 for abusive language and multiple speeding and restraint charges for others. Several defendants had cases reset, one license issue was dismissed, and two defendants were found not guilty. A warrant was ordered for arrest of Martin Arnold Cockrell in a continuation of proceedings.
