Kilgore Parkway area eyed for large mixed development plan
The council weighs a near 500 lot residential project plus a 240 unit multi family complex east of Kilgore Parkway and near Highway 146. Kadjar teams with Park Patterson and Keith Barons to create a community oriented, well built living area with parks and interconnected trails. Patterson estimates seven to eight years to complete 70 to 80 homes annually. A 79 acre Wallisville Road buffer parcel, once targeted for a high end subdivision by Jeff Strothers, now remains vacant after Chevron Phillips purchased the land.
