Family of slain teens protest at press conference in Baytown
The families of 18 year old Alex Chavez and 17 year old Jarvis Morgan spoke at a house address where one teen lived, saying they are dissatisfied with investigation aspects. Sharon Bernard, Jarvis Morgan’s mother, said a Baytown police officer interviewed Brandon Flores, 20, who the teens planned to meet for a haircut on Maryland Street. Authorities announced Friday that Flores, reported missing by his parents, has been charged.
