Tim Pettigrew 55 of Pasadena Texas died February 25 2017 at Bayshore Medical Center in Pasadena. A Baytown police officer for 17 years and a part time EMT and volunteer paramedic, he was born July 10 1961 in Port Lavaca Texas and grew up in Mont Belvieu later living in Baytown and Pasadena. He is survived by his children Aaron and Kaitlyn Pettigrew and brothers Mark Pettigrew and Scott Pettigrew. A memorial visitation and service are set for March 4 2017 at Navarre Funeral Home Baytown with donations to PKD Foundation in lieu of flowers. Arrangements by Navarre Funeral Home Cremation Services.

Cove man charged with indecency with a child
Reed Underwood, 44, of Cove was arrested and charged with indecency with a child, a second degree felony. After the victim's outcry and a forensic interview by Bridgehaven Children's Advocacy Center, detectives secured the warrant from Justice of the Peace Blake Sylvia.
