Baytown remembers past weather and civic moments
A look back over the years notes a cold snap easing in Baytown with power restored after outages, a 30 year old landfill protest plan near Sjolander and Wallisville roads, and a 15 year old Desert Storm support remark by Councilman Pete Alfaro. It also mentions a 1 year ago pace of annual racial profiling reports and ends with quotes from Ralph Barton Perry and Psalm 73.
