Walter Rundell and his wife plan a move to Austin after 39 years in Baytown. Two hitchhikers Anthony Koobs of Cleveland and K D Vincent of Cloverleaf were charged with robbery by assault in Harris County. They allegedly robbed Marvin Bryant of Houston of $100 and a Ting at knifepoint near Interstate 10 and Thompson Road at 2:30 p.m. Monday after accepting a ride. Deputies arrested them within 10 minutes at the state rest park off Interstate 10. Deputy Sheriff George Machado led the arrest.
