New Homeowners Should Look Over Landscaping
Vivian Brown advises prospective buyers to evaluate a home's year round landscaping. Consider seasonal views and hidden features behind hedges and fences, plan year round screens with evergreens, assess road and wind effects, and estimate costs for improvements. Also check local animal presence and neighbor dynamics when screening yards.
