Houston area home sales indicate strong seller's market
Houston area home sales show a continued seller's market with May activity up 11.6 percent from May 2005 to 8,629 total property sales. Texas gas prices inch up for second straight week
Texas retail gasoline prices rose slightly per the AAA Texas survey with regular self-serve averaging about 2.83 dollars per gallon, up a penny from last week. The national average edged up to around 2.90 dollars. Corpus Christi had the cheapest Texas gas at 2.65, while Galveston Texas City topped at 2.93 dollars.
