Barbers Hill students excel in Odyssey of the Mind events
Barbers Hill Elementary North and South teams competed in regional state and world Odyssey of the Mind events. The South team placed third at state but did not advance to world, while North students impressed teachers and teammates with problem solving under an eight minute Star Wars themed scenario. Students built sets and costumes, faced real repairs on a damaged prop, and collaborated across grades, under director Tracy Tidwell.
