Baytown Council OKs Rezoning For 266 Homes On 70 Acres
Baytown held two public hearings on zoning changes. The 70 acre site north of Wallisville Road would convert Open Space to Low to Medium Density for 266 single family lots. City Manager Rick Davis praised the development quality and higher price point housing. A second hearing at 7447 East Point Boulevard rezoned 13.43 acres from GC to MF2 to align with current use and avoid future nonconformities.
