Brazosport Exporters defeated MacArthur 6-1 before 2,000 fans at Dash Field to capture the 1966 4A state baseball championship. Seniors Carroll and Larson led the charge, while fans and teammates shared moments of pride and farewell as the season closed in San Antonio.
