Baytown sees rising interest in kayaking along natural waters
The Baytown Parks Department notes growing kayak use across Cedar Bayou Goose Creek and surrounding bays. A 5.5 mile Cedar Bayou Voyage in 2015 drew about 50 participants. New launches at Roseland Park and Bayland Park near completion aim to boost access for residents.
