Baytown Lawyer Named Vice Chair Of State Bar Committee
Baytown attorney Dan Linebaugh has been named vice-chairman of the Pattern Jury Charge Committee of the State Bar of Texas. President elect Martha Dickie announced the appointment. Linebaugh has served on the panel since 1998 and notes the group of 15 active members from across the state guides jury question references used by trial courts. He is a personal injury trial law specialist with the Linebaugh Law Firm on the Amegy Bank building’s sixth floor.
