Mont Belvieu Council Debates Bond Fund Use and Repairs
Mont Belvieu council voted to allocate two hundred ten thousand dollars of bond funds for sewer panel repairs and related work. Aycock, for ACM Builders of Houston, proposed tearing out and replacing a faulty panel while three county bidders submitted a five percent excess. council postponed full payment until all specifications and punch list items are met.
