Pioneer Natural Resources and Reliance Industries agree to sell Eagle Ford Shale Midstream to Enterprise Products Partners for 2.15 billion. Pioneer 50.1 percent and Reliance 49.9 percent stake transfer to Houston based Enterprise, which runs a Mont Belvieu complex. The 2010 formed unit includes 10 central plants and about 460 miles of pipelines. Reducing processing and transport contracts will extend term to 20 years and save about 200 million in fees for the companies.
