A failed line on Decker Drive caused a major outage Tuesday afternoon, affecting about 3,500 customers south of Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road to Market Street. Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital faced temporary loss but power was restored. CenterPoint crews worked to re energize the area with full restoration expected around 6 p.m.
