In Houston four month premature baby declared dead at birth was found alive by a North Houston funeral home attendant who rushed the infant to North Houston hospital. Doctors said the baby’s condition was good after immediate resuscitation and artificial respiration. The infant weighed two pounds two ounces and was wrapped in a towel at birth.

Justice Walter Queen announced an autopsy in the death of 25 year old Houston salesman Bilk Horgan whose body was recovered from the San Jacinto River near Magnolia Gardens park.
