Gemini 4 mission readied for weightless walk by McDivitt White

Bonds Pass For Livingston Dam
HUNTSVILLE Tex AP Sale of 8.5 million in water revenue bonds to finance the Livingston Dam and Reservoir was approved Tuesday by directors of the Trinity River Authority The authority and the city of Houston plan to build the dam 3 miles southwest of Livingston TRA President O P Leonard said Republic National Bank of Dallas and associates were successful bidders on the bonds which will draw 3 32 per cent interest from April 1 to Oct 15 1965 and 4 per cent annually thereafter The maturity date is November 15 1996 The TRA board also authorized acquisition of about 100000 acre feet in a bed 70 miles long and 32 miles wide with an average depth of 21 feet
