Walmart sued over overdose death in Texas Walmart case hinges on in-store footage
Houston attorney Jeff Steidley represents Deleese Allen in a wrongful death suit against Walmart Stores after 24 year old Kara Lee Williams was found in a Chambers County Walmart parking lot. Evidence suggests Williams purchased Difluoroethane canisters and inhaled repeatedly. The suit seeks damages for loss of companionship and support and pushes to preserve Walmart footage from the incident. The case has involved requests for court orders to maintain evidence and access Walmart employees present within a 27 hour window.
