Wall Street eked out modest Friday gains extending a four week rally despite tepid Microsoft earnings and a crude oil surge to $58.64 a barrel. Dow rose 23.41 to 10,651.18 as S P 500 gained 0.54 percent and Nasdaq added 0.05 percent.
