Southwest Chairman Herb Kelleher told Mayor Francis Slay that the Dallas based carrier is very interested in discussing the matter next week, according to Slay’s chief of staff Jeff Rainford. The move follows American’s announcement to shelve nonstop service to 27 destinations.
