Red Cross honors Baytown volunteer on 91st birthday
Fletcher Hickerson, a longtime Baytown area Red Cross volunteer and former civil defense and emergency management coordinator, celebrated his 91st birthday with friends and former colleagues at the Baytown Area Red Cross offices. He has served since 1991, giving 46 plus hours weekly, and credited his faith for reaching 91.

Lee College regents approve fees and contracts
