Ex-convict claims 1937 New London school blast link

Oklahoma City police say William Estely Benson, 41, signed a statement admitting responsibility for the New London Texas school explosion that killed 282 students and 14 teachers in 1937. Benson, held for a $38 robbery, said he was 17 then and that the blast occurred after he was reprimanded for smoking.
