Public Notice Open House for Texas GulfLink Deepwater Port
The U S Coast Guard and MARAD announce an informational open house and public scoping meeting for the Texas GulfLink Deepwater Port license application and Environmental Impact Statement. The project plans an offshore and onshore facility 28.3 nautical miles off Brazoria County Texas with an onshore terminal and a 42 inch pipeline to a two platform offshore terminal in Galveston Area Lease Blocks GA 423 and GAA 36. Public comments are invited via multiple methods and will be accepted at the meeting or through the docket MARAD-2019-0093.
