Baytown police report prime suspect Joseph Dwayne Gibbs 24 agrees to aid investigation only if a written agreement guarantees execution and under two years in prison. Gibbs is charged with capital murder in the death of Ashley Broussard 21, while victim Arquise Baker 19 remains in critical condition. A 15 year old and Johnny Ross were also shot. She joined 13,000 to 15,000 Lions from 50 states and 150 countries in Sydney, Australia, at the end of June. The 18 hour flight was grueling, and she plans a longer route next time.
