Building committee chair Don Coffey warned reserve funds might be tapped up to two million in a worst case, trimming rainy day reserves to about 9.6 million. Regents expect about 1.7 million additional revenue from Exxon Mobil Baytown operations, boosting projected revenue to roughly 34.9 million. The 34 million budget omits 612 thousand in one time purchases and over 800 thousand in raises, with adjunct professors slated for a 100 raise.
