Baytown Junior High Dance Draws Teens To Night Of Fun
The Baytown Parks and Recreation department hosts Fun Time Fridayz at the Baytown community center each last Friday from 6 to 10 PM. For a ten dollar admission, junior high students sign in, are supervised by Harris County Constables and staff, and must be picked up by a parent. Caroline Gonzalez, mother of seven, and Haley White, an 8th grader, describe the monthly dance as a safe, enjoyable way to hang out with peers.
